1. Online Application

2. Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates must undergo scientifically designed assessments to determine suitability for a role as an airline pilot.

3. Flight Training

Successful candidates will complete a fully integrated ATP training course, followed by the type rating course for a specific aircraft (A320 or B737, for example). After graduating, you will have all the relevant commercial airline pilot qualifications you need.

4. First Pilot Job

Graduates are offered employment with one of our partner airline companies - guaranteed. Your new, rewarding career as a pilot starts here!

Training Details

Training takes you from no flying experience to a fully qualified airline pilot in 24 months. The CADETPILOT.AERO programme is delivered in partnership with the Blue Sky Aviation Academy, a well recognized and EASA approved training organisation that has produced pilots currently flying with major airlines like Ryanair, Malaysia Airlines, Wizz Air, SmartLynx Airlines, Emirates and many others.

Minimum Requirements

The CADETPILOT.AERO training programme does not require you to have any specialized knowledge or any prior flying experience - it is designed to take you from zero to your fullest potential: a qualified airline pilot.

To take part in this year's programme, you must meet these requirements:

Have a Filipino citizenship

Be at least 18 years old

Have at least a high school education

Be fluent in written and spoken English

Apart from these formal requirements, applicants will have to pass a selection process, where skills, talent and passion for aviation are highly valued.
